Baltimore, MD – Make Studio is pleased to present the 4th installment of Cordially Invited, our invitational exhibition and set of complementary programming featuring artworks created in innovative U.S. and international studios that serve artists with disabilities. Cordially Invited celebrates the exciting and thought-provoking art produced in progressive art studios as a way to better understand and appreciate our neuro-diverse world.

For this year’s Free Fall Baltimore, there will be a hybrid in-person/online format including a feature exhibition in Make Studio’s Showroom Gallery, an extensive virtual exhibition, and both online and in-person events. Participating artists come from 19 diverse studios including Art Enables (DC), Interact Center for Visual & Performing Arts (MN), Barrier-Free (Western MD), Art Explorers (CA), Venture Arts (UK), Studio by the Tracks (AL), Outside the Lines (MA), and Project Ability (UK). Select works from Make Studio’s roster of member artists will also be on display.

Cordially Invited will be on view online beginning October 1st and in-person October 2nd. The physical exhibition closes October 30th, 2021. The opening reception will be October 8th, 2021 from 4:30 - 6:30 PM in our Showroom Gallery in Hampden, Baltimore. On October 30th, we will host a hybrid workshop entitled “Something Spooky”, inspired by the exhibition and the season, along with a closing reception from 11 – 1 PM; further details for this event and other programming, including extended gallery hours, will be provided online at www.make-studio.org , as well as on social media.
