Kaitlyn Cecilia Benny was last seen around 5:30 p.m. Friday in the 5900 block of Benton Heights Avenue in East Baltimore,<a href="http://www.wbal.com/article/97831/3/template-story/13-Year-Old-Baltimore-Girl-Missing" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> WBAL Radio reports</a>.
