Larceny From Vehicles Continues In North Potomac; Four Houses Burgled

Police released details of the recent incidents in the most recent crime summary.

Montgomery County police reported nine cases of larceny from vehicles in North Potomac between Oct. 10 and Oct. 18. There were 12 such cases in the prior week's crime summary.

In addition, police reported four residential burglaries and one stolen vehicle in the North Potomac area.

The Montgomery County Police Department released the following information in their recent crime summary on Thursday:

  • A residential burglary occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 11:40 a.m. in the 11800 block of Centurion Way, North Potomac. Unknown means of entry; unknown if property taken.
  • A residential burglary occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 18 between 8:25 a.m. and 3:46 p.m. in the 13800 block of Grey Colt Drive, North Potomac. Forced entry; property taken. Suspect: B/M, 5’9”-6’.
  • An attempted residential burglary occurred on Monday, Oct. 17 between 12:39 p.m. and 12:44 p.m. in the 11400 block of Amberlea Farm Drive, North Potomac. Attempted forced entry; no property taken. Suspect: B/M, 5’6”, 140 lbs.
  • A residential burglary occurred on Monday, Oct. 17 at 9:47 p.m. in the 12400 block of Falconbridge Drive, Gaithersburg. Unknown means of entry; unknown whether anything was taken.
  • Eight thefts from vehicles occurred between Monday night, 10/10 and Tuesday morning, 10/11. Forced entry; property taken.
