Update: Missing North Potomac Girls Located
Two girls from the 14000 block of Latakia Place in North Potomac had been missing since Saturday, Jan. 28.
Update, Feb. 1, 8:40 p.m.: Two North Potomac teens -- 14-year-old Elexis Kirby and 15-year-old Kalynn Wilson -- have been located, according to Montgomery County police.
The girls, both of the 14000 block of Latakia Place, were found safe and unharmed tonight in the Westfield Wheaton Shopping Center.
Original Post, Jan. 30: Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help in locating two missing girls from North Potomac.

Fourteen-year-old Elexis Kirby and 15-year-old Kalynn Wilson, both of the 14000 block of Latakia Place in North Potomac, have been missing since Saturday, Jan. 28, according to a news release from county police.
Kirby is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and medium length hair.

Wilson is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and hair styled in a Mohawk with cornrows on the side.
The teenagers are known to frequent the Montgomery Village area, the
Verandahs Apartments in Gaithersburg, and the Briggs Chaney area, according to the release.
Police and the teens' families are concerned for their well being because of their age.
Anyone with information regarding the location of Elexis Kirby or Kalynn Wilson is asked to call the county police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000. Callers may remain anonymous.
