Six Thefts From Vehicles Reported in North Potomac
Police released details of the recent incidents in the most recent crime summary.

Six incidents of larceny from vehicles were reported within about a mile of each other in North Potomac between the evening of Thursday, Dec. 8 and the morning of Friday, Dec. 9, according to a Montgomery County Police report.
The incidents occurred at Keeneland Circle, Winesap Drive, Winesap Terrace, and Apricot Lane. Four of the six vehicles were unlocked, the report states, while the other two had "unknown means of entry."
The Montgomery County Police Department released the following information about the incidents in their recent crime summary on Thursday:

- Between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in the 14600 block of Keenleland Circle. An iPod and GPS were taken.
- Between 6:30 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. in the 14600 block of Keeneland Circle. A backpack, army knife, iPod, bible, and coins were taken.
- Between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. in the 14700 block of Keeneland Circle. Three credit cards were taken.
- Between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the 15200 block of Apricot Lane. Two vehicles were searched but nothing was taken.
- Before 6:45 a.m. in the 15200 block of Winesap Drive. Two vehicles were entered; cash and a pair of sunglasses were taken.
- Between 8:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the 12000 block of Winesap Terrace. A GPS was taken.
