5 New Homes Planned for Monard Avenue
Plans call for a small subdivision on the west side of Telegraph Road, not far from Ridgeway Elementary School.
A developer is proposing to build five new homes on a property near Monard Avenue and Telegraph Road in Severn.
Trevillian Enterprises said it will present a sketch plan for the project, which would sit on about 1.5 acres.
The property is currently owned by George Chaney.
There will be a public meeting to discuss the sketch plan on Jan. 13 at 6 p.m. at the West County Area Library.
