The Waugh Chapel Towne Centre has undergone some turnover recently.

Miss Toya's Southern Brunch opened in early 2025. The comfort food restaurant is decorated with intricate tilework and greenery hanging from the lighting fixtures. There are also two bars, one for drinks and another for salads and fruits.

Miss Toya's filled the vacancy left by Genghis Grill, a stir-fry restaurant that had shuttered years prior.

Wingstop opened this March and replaced Elevation Burger, which closed in summer 2024. The eatery serves 14 flavors of wings, ranging from garlic parmesan to mango habanero and atomic.

The Farmhouse, a farm-to-table restaurant, opened in August 2024. It replaced Smashing Grapes, a wine bar that had closed in February 2024. The Farmhouse is owned by the same company as Smashing Grapes.

Nothing Bundt Cakes also opened a dessert bakery in Waugh Chapel in summer 2024.
