Forecasters Tracking Mid-Week Storm: See Latest MD Predictions
A dusting of snow could clip Maryland this week. The southern edges of the state may see plowable snow, though forecasts range in severity.

MARYLAND — A winter storm could bring a slight dusting of snow to the Baltimore-Washington area Wednesday night into Thursday. Southern Maryland and the lower Eastern Shore could see several inches, but most of the state will get minimal or no snow.
The exact track of the storm is still uncertain, but it's expected to clip the Maryland-Virginia border and the Delmarva Peninsula.
WJZ expects less than an inch in southern Maryland and the lower Eastern Shore with 1 to 3 inches possible in the most southern of those areas. Far Western Maryland could get 2 to 4 inches, WJZ said.

"Overall, these snow showers look light in the Baltimore area. There could just be a trace to a half-inch at most," WBAL Meteorologist Ava Marie said.
WBFF forecasts the storm to hit slightly further north with 0 to 1 inch in the Baltimore-Washington area. WBFF thinks there will be 1 to 2 inches in lower Anne Arundel and Prince George's Counties and southward. There's a chance of 2 to 4 inches just south of Salisbury and near Ocean City, WBFF said.
