Hanover-Based Jewelry Shop to Be Featured at NYC Macy's

HANOVER, MD — A Hanover-based jewelry shop VintageStampJewels is set to be featured in Macy’s iconic Herald Square location in New York City for Mother’s Day weekend.

VSJ will be the first ever Interactive featured artist during the weekend event, May 7 and 8. The Maryland natives will be on-site Saturday from 12 to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 5:30 p.m., at the newly renovated Lower Level - one below, hand-stamping custom pieces for Macy’s customers.

Etsy Wholesale partnered with Macy’s in January, and is committed to helping their independent designers thrive and connect directly its retailers.

VSJ owners Shane and Monica Sisk, a husband and wife team who operate out of a cottage in their backyard, have grown their small business into an internationally known company.

“We never imagined the small business we run from our home would have the opportunity to sell our simply beautiful jewelry at such a high-profile store like Macy’s in New York City. While we are honored to have found success on a national level, Maryland is our home. We are proud of our roots and find joy giving back to our community and supporting local events,” said Shane Sisk.

Since their beginning in 2011, VSJ has become the top selling Etsy Jewelry shop in Maryland and the 9th in Etsy Jewelry sales worldwide. VSJ has recently collaborated with companies such as, Lane Bryant, San Francisco 49ers Organization, and Stephen Bishop’s Celebrity Golf Tournament.
