Hotel Stabbing Near Airport Hospitalizes Victim, Suspect: Police
A man was stabbed at a hotel near BWI Airport, police said. The attack stemmed from an ongoing dispute. The suspect was arrested.

LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, MD — A man was stabbed this week at a hotel near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, police said.
Officers said the victim and the suspect were both hospitalized and the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Jahmai Tai Devon of Linthicum Heights, was arrested soon after.
Authorities said they were called Tuesday around 4:20 p.m. to Sonesta Suites BWI, located at 1160 Winterson Road.

Police said they determined that the stabbing "stemmed from an ongoing dispute between two individuals known to each other."
The suspect grabbed a knife during the altercation and stabbed the 49-year-old male victim, officers said.

Authorities said the suspect also sustained a self-inflicted injury during the attack.
Police said firefighters took the victim and the suspect to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. Both are expected to survive.
Officers said they secured a warrant, and the suspect was served when he left the hospital.
