It is believed that the assaults began when the teenager was 16 and continued for six to eight years, police said.
The tapes also show a male victim, about 6 to 8-years-old, being sexually accused by Ranger.
Police believe Ranger filmed the assaults with a camera hidden in the bedroom of an Anne Arundel County home where he previously lived.
Ranger moved to a residence in Dundalk in Baltimore County within the past month, police said.
Investigators have identified and contacted the female victim, who is now an adult. They are working to identify and contact other victims.
