Navy Football Coach to Speak at Fort Meade

Ken Niumatalolo will appear as part of the installation's celebration of Asian-Pacific Heritage Month.

Navy football head coach Ken Niumatalolo will stop by Fort Meade later this month as the installation celebrates Asian-Pacific Heritage Month. 

Niumatalolo will speak on May 9 at the McGill Training Center in an event hosted by the 902nd Military Intelligence Brigade. The event is open to the public. 

Niumatalolo was born in Hawaii and has been the head football coach at the U.S. Naval Academy since 2007, with a record of 40-26.

Fort Meade's public affairs office gave more details on the Asian-Pacific Heritage Month celebration in its latest Meade Week video.
