Odenton Day Run, Bike Race To Return

Plans for a 5k run and 10k bike race are back on as part of the annual Odenton Day festivities. 

The community fair on Oct. 5 will feature a 5k run from the fire hall west down Annapolis Road and through the MD Sunrise Farm in Gambrills. It will also feature a 10k bike ride and 1 mile fun run. 

The races are open to all. Bike race and 5k are $25 to enter. The kids run and walk are each $15. 

The schedule of events is as follows:

Registration: 8 a.m.
Kids Run: 9 a.m.
10 mile Bike/Hike: 9:30 a.m. 
5k Run: 10 a.m.
1 Mile Fun Walk: 10:15 a.m.
Awards: 11 a.m.

Odenton Day will also feature a community fair, demonstrations by the fire department, live music and other performances and free food. It will run from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m.
