Three Men with Guns Rob Old Line Bank in Odenton
Police said three men entered the bank Monday morning with handguns.
Anne Arundel County police said three men entered a bank in Odenton Monday morning with handguns and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The armed robbery happened just before 10:20 a.m. at the Old Line Bank at 1161 Annapolis Road. Police said the three suspects had clothing covering their faces and showed handguns, then demanded money from the bank teller.
The men got away in a Mercury minivan with a silver stripe at the bottom. The minivan was found later on Carlton Otto Lane in the Odenton Gateway development. Police said it appears the men may have gotten into another vehicle after fleeing the scene of the robbery.
A Maryland State Police chopper was used to search for the suspects in the area but they were not found.
No one was hurt during the robbery.
