Orioles Rallies Get Started at Arundel Mills

The mall on Saturday will host the first of five rallies in the area, as fans gear up for Opening Day at Oriole Park.

Orioles fans can get warmed up for Opening Day this Saturday at Arundel Mills, as the team kicks off a series of rallies to build excitement for the upcoming baseball season.

The Orioles will host a five-stop caravan of sorts in the week leading up to the April 5 home opener at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

The first rally will take place on Saturday from noont to 2 p.m. at Arundel Mills. The Orioles mascot will be in attendance along with former catcher Chris Hoiles.

The Orioles open the 2013 season Tuesday afternoon at Tampa Bay. After three games with the Rays, the Orioles return home Friday for a three-game homestand with Minnesota. 

Opening Day in Baltimore is set for 3:05 p.m. on Friday.

The team is also holding a contest to give away seats to the home opener.
