Police Seek 'Vehicle of Interest' in Chapelgate Incident
Police have released an image of a car they believe may have been involved in a shots fired incident on Monday night.

Anne Arundel County police released an image of a car that may have been used when shots were fired at a house in Chapelgate on Monday night.Â
Police said the car is a red or burgundy Mercury Marquis or Ford Crown Victoria with tinted windows. There may also be chrome trim on the side of the car.Â
Police described the car as a "vehicle of interest." Earlier this week, police said a car with similar characteristics was used by a man who fired shots at a home on Cadbury Drive and then fled. One small child sustained minor cuts from a broken window.Â
Police have scheduled a community meeting to discuss the incident at Waugh Chapel Elementary School on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.Â
Anyone with information on the car or its owner is asked to contact Detective Heinecke of the Western District Detective Unit at 410-222-6155.
