Police: Severn Man Found With Heroin, Crack
Detiko Dillard has been charged with drug possession with intent to distribute

Anne Arundel County police arrested a Severn man Wednesday for allegedly having heroin, cocaine and marijuana in his car.
Police said they had a warrant to search the home of Detiko Rodney Dillard of Marlton Court in Severn. While in the area to serve the warrant Wednesday morning, they spotted Dillard leaving his house and conducted a traffic stop.
Detectives searched Dillard's car and found 0.6 grams of heroin, 13.6 grams of crack cocaine and 2.9 grams of suspected marijuana. Together, the drugs had an estimated street value of about $1,350. Detectives also seized $576 in cash, along with the car.

The detectives then executed the search warrant on Dillard's home and found a digital scale and baggies.
Dillard was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of heroin and intent to distribute.
