Hundreds Come Out for 'ChloBowl' 2013

The annual event held by Chloe's Cause in Odenton raised thousands for students with intellectual disabilities.

It was a packed house at Greenway Bowl in Odenton on Sunday, as Chloe's Cause hosted the annual 'ChloBowl' event to support those with intellectual disabilities.

The bulk of this year's proceeds went toward the creation of a Best Buddies club at Old Mill High School. Best Buddies is an organization that seeks to foster relationships between those with intellectual disabilities and their mainstream peers.

Chloe's Cause was originally formed to help raise funds for Chloe Coccia, a young girl with Down syndrome who was diagnosed with leukemia in 2008. Chloe, now 6, is currently cancer-free.
