What's Next for Academy Yard?
Apartments have already been built on the former Nevamar site. Is retail next?
The community will hear details next week on the next phase of the Academy Yard development on Telegraph Road.
The project, which already includes the Flats170 apartments, is expected to also feature retail and other uses at the southern end of the property. Developer StonebridgeCarras will over an update at Tuesday's meeting of the Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight committee.
Academy Yard sits on the old Nevamar facility and comprises about 55 acres in total.
The town center committee will meet Tuesday, Jan 29 at 6:30 p.m. at the Western District Police Station, 8273 Telegraph Road.
