OWINGS MILLS, MD — A store in Owings Mills recently sold a $1 million scratch-off ticket, according to the Maryland Lottery.

Royal Farms on Red Run Boulevard sold the Money Explosion ticket, which someone claimed between April 4 and 10, officials said.

The winner in Owings Mills made the second biggest lotto score this week in Maryland, according to officials.
