Family Of Nonverbal Child In Owings Mills Found: Police

Police say they are reuniting a child with her family in Owings Mills.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — After a nonverbal child was found in Owings Mills Friday afternoon, police said they have located her family.

Officers from the Franklin Precinct said they came across the girl around 1 p.m. in the Owings Mills area.

Around 3 p.m., the child's family had been located, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
