A Rosedale man was arrested after police say he tried to break into a neighbor's home late Monday night.

Andrew Jackson Starcher, 25, of the 8000 block of Edgewater Road in Rosedale was arrested and charged with first- and third-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property and trespassing, according to online court records.
