Oak Crest Residents Generously Aid Student Employees' Path to Success

Congratulations to the 2024 Oak Crest Student Scholars

As this school year came to a close, 46 local high school students were recognized as Scholars at Oak Crest, an Erickson Senior Living community in Parkville, Md.

These student employees, who held positions throughout the community, including as servers, hosts, and hostesses in Oak Crest’s multiple on-campus restaurants, displayed an unwavering commitment to care and excellence.

To recognize their dedication and propel their promising futures, Oak Crest residents generously donated $110,000 to this year’s Student Scholarship Fund. Each Scholar is eligible to receive up to $20,000 over the course of their education, dependent upon their GPA and meeting specific requirements each semester. More than 700 Oak Crest residents participated in this year’s campaign.
