Coaches praised the Hornets’ depth, resilience through injuries, and strong parent support as the team capped another standout season against tough Pasadena competition. 
• Riverdale Reindeer: A Neighborhood Christmas Tradition (severnaparkvoice.com) — A long-running Severna Park tradition is helping fill shelves at the Caring Cupboard in Pasadena, with local teens collecting 2,500 pounds of food last year plus toys for a Millersville nonprofit. The Riverdale Reindeer project, started as a middle school service effort in 2004, now rallies neighborhood families, student volunteers, and even a Santa suit to spread holiday generosity across nearby communities.
