There are three ways to get rid of your lawn leaves: Have up to 25 bags collected at your residence, and take more to county waste locations.
First, the Baltimore Department of Public Works will collect up to 20 bags of leaves from each address on Monday.
This begins Oct. 15 and ends after the Jan. 14 pickup.

Residents may make multiple appointments for up to two months before the pick-up date.
Second, the Bureau of Solid Waste collects bagged leaves during the regularly scheduled trash collection day.
Crews will pick up five (additional) bags of leaves from each address every week.
Follow these directions: Put leaves in clear or labeled bags and place them at the normal location, but not in the public right-of-way, the release states.
And finally, residents can also drop off bagged leaves at five Bureau of Solid Waste locations from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday:
- Quarantine Road Sanitary Landfill at 6100 Quarantine Rd.
- Western Sanitation Yard at 701 Reedbird Ave.
- Eastern Sanitation Yard at 6101 Bowleys Lane
- Northwest Sanitation Yard at 2840 Sisson St.
