Baltimore County To Hold Trees Sale

Baltimore County's Fall Big Trees Sale will be held Oct. 13.

Customers can wait for the sale, or order online.

There will be more than 300 trees for sale, including some native to Maryland.

Oaks and maples—shade trees—are among the varieties that will be available.

Smaller trees such as dogwood and flowering cherry trees will also be sold.

The sale is part of the county's effort to increase the number of trees in our area.

Order Big Trees online, or purchase trees at the event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Baltimore County Center for Maryland Agriculture, 1114 Shawan Road, Cockeysville.

To get there, take I-83 north to Exit 20 and head west on Shawan Road.
