Day School Track Program Up and Running
Baltimore Hebrew Day School held its first track meet Friday against Calvert School.

The Bullfrogs of held its first track meet this weekend, taking first place in several events against The Calvert School of Baltimore, according to a news release.
"But the real winners were the whole team, the dedicated parent trainers, and school coach for creating a great start to this stellar new track program," the release from the Pikesville day school states.
Following are first-place wins May 4 by the Bullfrogs, according to the release:

- Serena Margolese: 60 meter dash and 200 meter
- Drew Junker: 60, 200 and 400
- Jack Benzer: 60 and 400
- Ben Ozga: 200 and 400. In the 400, he passed his opponent in the final lap.
And Paul Benzer took second place in the 200, only .002 behind, the release states. Sydney Junker also finished a close second in the 400.
Bullfrogs travel on May 16 to Calvert again, and to Gerstell May 22.
