Police: Rap Concert Canceled by Pikesville Armory
Rapper Gucci Mane had been scheduled to perform at the Pikesville Armory on Saturday.
UPDATE (11:41 a.m.)—The Pikesville Armory has canceled a rap concert that was set to begin Saturday night.
Baltimore County police tweeted and sent a news release at 10:30 a.m. Friday that a concert by rapper Gucci Mane in Pikesville has been canceled.
It had been scheduled to take place from 9 p.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday at the Pikesville Military Reservation.

At 11:38 a.m., the artist's website still announced the album release party for Trap God 2. "Come out party with me."
Tickets to the concert had been pre-sold, according to police spokeswoman Elise Armacost.

And police ask for help in spreading the word that it's canceled, the release states. Fans can help by re-posting this announcement on Facebook, and through Twitter.
"I have been notified by the armory that they have decided to cancel," said Lt. Michael DiCara, assistant commander at the Pikesville precinct.
