The Alzheimer's Association's monthly Memory Café provides social interaction and a complimentary meal for people living with dementia for for their care partners/caregivers.

People living with dementia and their care partner/caregiver can attend a monthly gathering that includes a free meal. The Alzheimer's Association monthly Memory Café in Baltimore County meets the second Wednesday of the month from noon to 1 p.m.

"It's nice that February's meeting is on Valentine's Day," says Megeen White, program manager. "Social interaction can be lost or diminish when a family receives a diagnosis but it doesn't have to be a consequence. We want people to join us on the 14th to experience the benefits Memory Café offers."

To register for Memory Café, contact Matthew Ruth, mkruth@masonrysolutions.com. For information about the Alzheimer's Association, visit alz.org/maryland or call the 24/7Helpline, 800-272-3900.
