East of the site, an EZ Storage is visible on the other side of I-83.

The construction could be completed and a school grand opening held as early as November.

Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate "is in discussions with additional potential tenants for this development," the release states.

Steven L. Cornblatt of Trout Daniel & Associates represented the Glassers in the lease transaction. And Scott Wingrat and Jon DiVirgilio of Mackenzie represented the property owner, it states.

This is the second Goddard School location in the Baltimore area for the Glassers, according to the release. Their first is in the Western Run Business Center at 14360 York Rd. in Sparks.

In a statement, Janelle Glasser said she and Michael have been considering the Old Pimlico Road property for three years. "The location is surrounded by strong communities with aΒ need for top quality early childhood education and childcare. We were excited when Steve and the Trout Daniel team were able to secure the site for us. It was well worth the wait."
