Park School Takes County Title in Mock Trial

Park School beat Owings Mills in mock trial competition last week, and next will compete at the state regional level, according to an announcement on The Park School of Baltimore website.

last year in the same competition, sponsored by the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Judicial Conference.

In mock trial competition, team members play the parts of lawyers, witnesses, defendants and plaintiffs. Three lawyers and three witnesses from each of two teams compete in a mock trial by arguing against each other.

The date of the team's next competition has not yet been set, according to the announcement.
