Patch is at Starbucks; So Is Massage Envy

It's a great time of year for another new start, said Greg Terry, massage therapist for in Pikesville.

"It's the middle of February, right after Valentine's Day," Terry said. "What better time to get back into fitness."

One way to get back in is through massage, he said. "It will help reduce stress, and if you're working out, it allows faster muscle recovery."

He does sports massage, therapeutic massage and others.

Massage Envy is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
