Which shop can you count on to have fresh milk—and plenty of it, no matter what time of day or night?

Of course, it's got to be a quick stop in Pikesville or the local area: a place you can get in and out of quickly, if that's important to you.

You can mention the price as well. For example, is there a place that offers consistently good prices?
