Students Make Dean's Lists

Pikesville and Baltimore residents made the grade at Coastal Carolina University, Lebanon Valley College, and Mount St. Mary's University.

Gabriel M. Davies made the Dean's List at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC.

The accounting major is from Pikesville, according to a news release from ReadMedia.

To qualify for the Dean's List, full-time freshmen must earn a 3.25 grade point average, and full-time upperclassmen must earn a 3.5 grade point average.

Davies is among three students who recently earned academic honors at their respective colleges.

In Annville PA, James M. Long of Baltimore was named to the fall Dean's List at Lebanon Valley College.

Long, a Pikesville High School graduate, is a senior music business major, according to a news release from ReadMedia.

To make the list, students must earn a grade point average of 3.4 or above on a 4-point scale, it states.

Crystal Sylvester of Pikesville also earned Dean's List honors for the fall.

She's a student at Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD, and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rawlins Sylvester, a news release from ReadMedia states.

To earn a place on the list, the freshman maintained a 3.4 or higher grade point average, it states.
