The Residence at Waterstone is under new ownership, according to a report by CityBiz Real Estate.

"A subsidiary of KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT, Inc. has closed on the $64.7 million purchase of The Residence at Waterstone in Pikesville, MD," the report states.

Kettler Management Inc. will manage the property, it states.
