Pikesville Crime: Thieves Target Vehicles

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Pikesville

Crossland Road. 7800 block. Between 10 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Saturday. Cash totaling $60 was reported missing from two locked vehicles parked in the driveway of a home. An unknown tool was used to unlock the vehicles.

Clarendon Avenue. 200 block. Between noon and 4 p.m. Saturday. Clothing, canned goods, jewelry, sneakers a cell phone and $379 in cash were reported missing from a home. The resident told police someone apparently forced open the front door.

Scotts Caves Road. 8100 block. Between 9 p.m.Β  Friday and 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Cash totaling $100, a cell phone and Whistler Radar detector were reported missing from a vehicle. There were no signs of forced entry.

Liberty Road. 6002, at Beyond Care. Between 9 p.m. May 2 and 8 a.m. May 3. An air conditioning unit was reported missing, according to a May 4 report.
