What would be the perfect addition to the Shops at Quarry Lake?

Here are some photos of the former restaurant that closed at 2620 Quarry Lake Drive last year.

What would be the perfect business to occupy this space?

My vote is for a , a Vietnamese restaurant. I'm not sure it would do well in this particular space, but if it were there, I'd go!

There's already a Pho Dat Thanh is one in Towson. The one I frequent is in Columbia.
