The Montgomery County recreation department is holding a public meeting on Thursday, November 15, to seek public input on a proposal to modify the roller rink surface at the Potomac recreation center. The modification would make the floor smooth, soft and accessible, so as to provide expanded opportunities for all adaptive sports, including individuals with disabilities.
The meeting will be in the center's social hall at 7 pm. It will begin with a short presentation on the project background and concept, followed by an open question-and-answer session.
