Food Trucks Roll Into Potomac Today

The Potomac Village Farmers Market will host several area trucks this month.

Trucktoberfest returns to the Potomac Village Farmers Market today.

Located at the Potomac United Methodist Church every Thursday at 2 p.m., the market will host a series of food trucks this month. Jumping in on the food truck craze that has rocked the DC restaurant scene, the PVFM market-master says she hopes Potomac families will look to the new offerings each Thursday for dinner time. Trucks have been booked for the market through October.

Suzanne Hermes announced this week's line up in her latest update on offerings at the market:

This week we're featuring one our favorites - Go Fish! They are back and offering their famous fish tacos and fresh fish for your dinner! Also, Frankly Pizza is back making up fresh wood-fired pizzas for you and your whole family. We're hoping to have Hardy's BBQ joining us (to keep the BBQ taste test going). We're working on it.

What's for dinner? Think PVFM and Trucktoberfest all this month!

Trucks are confirmed for Oct. 11, 18 and 25.
