Santa Claus is Coming to Potomac

The Cabin John Volunteer Fire Department will escort Santa around the Potomac area to collect donations for children.

The continues its 30 year tradition of driving Santa Claus through the Potomac community tonight through Dec. 23.

With Santa perched atop the department's bright red fire engine, the Cabin John volunteer firefighters will make their way through the community collecting toys for United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program and the National Center for Children and Families in Bethesda. In return for donations, Santa will hand out candy canes.

Residents are also invited to to the delivery of the toys to the National Center for Children and Families on Greentree Road in Bethesda on Christmas Eve.

Santa will visit the following neighborhoods from 6 to 9 p.m. each night:

Monday, December 19
• Potomac Village
• Camotop
• Falconhurst
• Bradley Farms
• McAuley Park
• Kentdale Estates
• Bradley Blvd. Estates
• Congressional Forest Estates

Tuesday, December 20th
• Mountain Gate
• Eagle Rock
• Natelli Woods
• Potomac Ranch
• River Falls
• Fawsett Farms
