Seven votes separate newcomer Dinora Hernandez, endorsed by County Executive Rushern L. Baker III, and incumbent Amber Waller, according to The Washington Post.Other candidates who Baker endorsed -- Lupi Grady in District 2, Carolyn Boston in District 6 and Sonya Williams in District 9 -- won their races.As of 4 p.m. Wednesday, Hernandez has 5,167 votes against Waller's 5,160, according to the Maryland Board of Elections.Waller is running for her third term on the board.&gt;&gt;File|Patch===========Have a news tip?
