Savory Pies and More at the Riverdale Park Farmers Market

The beautiful weather continues today, and so too does the Riverdale Park Farmers Market.

Drop by the town center parking lot from 3 to 7 p.m. to check out a wide range of fresh, local foods, including chicken pot pies from Neopol Savory Smokery.

"Whole chickens were slowly simmered with fresh bay leaves, ginger, lime, cilantro, cinnamon, a secret blend of spices in a coconut cream [and] baked off in our hand rolled butter pastry," the smokery writes.

This week's lineup also includes:

The Riverdale Model Railroad Club will be on hand, too (and at every market in April and May).
