Kenilworth Avenue Development Committee to Meet Thursday
The inaugural meeting for the Central Kenilworth Avenue Revitalization will be Thursday night.

The group slated to help revitalize businesses and improve the image of Kenilworth Avenue will meet Thursday.
Riverdale Park Councilman David Lingua (Ward 3) has been selected to represent the town's council on the committee's board of directors who would discuss economic development along a main corridor through town.
"Since its inception in 2008, the steering committee has laid the foundation and done the needed work to realize this objective," Lingua wrote in the Town Crier.

The steering committee known as, CKAR, or the Central Kenilworth Avenue Revitalization would help local businesses in the area improve their own facades and would also help further development in the area.
The inaugural meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Multicultural Youth Center at 6200 Sheridan Street. Most of the agenda will be dedicated to organization of the group's board.
