Driving by the old Chips &amp; Deli shop on Route 1, a large "Coming Soon" sign can be seen from the road. The new sandwich shop is called Quick Fix Sandwiches. The building is owned by Shagga Coffee, across the road in Hyattsville, however Riverdale Park Town Administrator Sara Imhulse said they have not received any information about the store's manager or plans. Shagga Coffee's owner could not be reached in time for this post, but Patch will continue to follow the story.
