Riverdale Park Council Set to Meet Monday

The Riverdale Park Town Council is set to meet Monday evening for both a special legislative session and a worksession.

Members are scheduled to vote on a resolution regarding at Riverdale Station before moving onto discussion of the following agenda items:

• Ordinance 2012-OR-02, which would amend parking permit regulations
• Ordinance 2012-OR-03 and Ordinance 2012-OR-04, both relating to the placement of dumpsters and storage receptacles on residential property
• A resolution supporting a public works mutual aid agreement
• A draft letter to District Council regarding the Cafritz project
• A waiver of bid requirements for architect services for Town Hall Youth and Community Wing project 
• The proposed FY 12 budget amendment
• The mayor’s nominations for Mixed-Use Town Center design committee and the ethics board
