Encourage them to apply for an paid internship with the Town of Riverdale Park.
The town is looking for a few good teens to work in the government administrative, public works and police departments for around ten hours a week for about ten weeks this summer (July through August), according to the town's website.
Applicants should submit a letter of interest, latest report card, letter of support from a parent or guardian and a completed town employment application to:
