• Howard County Savage Branch library to reopen Thursday after carbon monoxide concerns (foxbaltimore.com) — If you use the Savage Branch of the Howard County Library, it’s reopening today at 9 a.m. after a two-week closure over carbon monoxide concerns. Multiple inspections found no CO in the building, new detectors were installed throughout the branch, and overdue fines from the closure period are being waived while holds become available again.
