SEVERNA PARK, MD — Anne Arundel County Police are reminding Severna Park and Millersville residents to lock their doors after a series of burglaries. Four thefts were reported in Millersville and Severna Park between Feb. 8 and Feb. 26 on Faircastle Avenue, Saddleback Court, Downing Drive and Thistledown Court.

Homeowners reported that a burglar entered through open garage doors and stole property and cash from vehicles. In some cases, residents said the thief also entered their homes from the garage through unlocked interior doors.

Investigators identified Michael Gustave Snyder, 40, of the 2400 block of Jostaberry Way in Odenton, as a suspect in the cases. He was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with multiple counts of burglary and theft.
