She can help with driving the kids to and from school and activities, light house keeping surrounding the kids areas, light errands such as grocery shopping, and the kids meals and laundry.
She would need her own private bedroom in your home, 1.5 consecutive days off per week, 1 full weekend per month and 14 days of paid vacation. Hosting a live in Au Pair costs 385 per week for up to 45 flexible and reliable hours of childcare.
