Champion Realty CEO Ranks on Prestigious Power List

For the third year in a row, Champion President and CEO, Jon Coile made the “Swanepoel Power 200” list of the most influential people in residential real estate. This year he was ranked at number 102.

The Swanepoel list is released annually, following a painstaking 400- hour research process in which more than a thousand executives and other C-level leaders are analyzed. Personal influence, tenure, title, decision-making power, financial resources of the company and the organization’s geographic reach are among the criteria.

Coile not only manages 225 agents in seven offices at Champion, he is the Chairman of the Board at MRIS, a member of the Move, Inc. advisory board, a board member of The Realty Alliance and co-founder of FairDisplay.org. MRIS is the Multiple Listing Service for the Mid-Atlantic region.
